refund policy: if a deposit is paid to josh brooks construction and renovation,this deposit will be used for materials acquisition and small operational fee. in the event a municipality will not reciprocate our license, a full refund will be issued. If there are site variance issues, or new building codes implemented and it is unforseen to the contractor, homeowner agrees toexplore other options for build. Customers have by colorado law 3 days right of recission to cancel a contract, and no more, after 3 days, the contract is fully enforceable, and may not be canceled for any reason at all. a process gets missed, we will address the issue, if customer changes mind while a project is in progress to build layout,style of materials to be used, or any add ons will be subject to price change. customer will not take to social media and slander our business. customer agrees to not call police over a disagreement, or simply to get out of the final bill. any and all processes are intellectual property of josh brooks construction and renovation. any and all photographs taken of projects we do, can, and will be posted on our social media accounts, unless customer is in the picture. no employee will use photos of josh brooks construction and renovations permited jobs for their own website without expressed written permission. this is punishable of upto $150,000 court proceeding awarded judgement to josh books construction and renovation, if a material is deemed defective, homeowners will still pay for installation of materials and will be responsible to contact the MANUFACTURER of said defective materials, and agrees to not hold josh brooks construction and renovation responsible for any defective materials installed, we did not manufacture these materials and are not responsible for warranty issues that may arise from defective materials. with signed contract, homeowner automatically agrees to these terms and conditions. price increases may acure, bid prices are good for 3 days, any time after, maybe subject to increased prices. If homeowner agrees to a materials and labor bid only, trash removal now becomes the homeowners responsibility,and will not be taken out of labor agreed price. homeowners agree that if an issue arises, and law enforcement becomes involved, homeowners cannot, and will not claim harassment against Josh Brooks Construction and renovation for a simple converstion just because homeowner does not like what is said, which there are freedom of speech laws at the federal level that supersede state level consitutional infringements laws.
