Clients must ensure their SMS use case aligns with the message types specified in their opt-in language.

Campaigns require a privacy policy and SMS terms of service links in opt-in language to avoid rejection.

Opt-in language must be exclusively for text messaging, not other communication methods like email or phone calls.
