The Key Difference

Why Josh Brooks Wins — One Company for Everything

🏠 GreenPoint Roofing

GreenPoint is a respected Longmont roofing company with 14 years of experience. They do roofing well. But if you need siding replaced after a hailstorm, you need a different company. If you want to remodel your kitchen while they’re there, that’s another company. If you want your basement finished, yet another company.

Verdict: Great roofers. Can’t do the rest of your home.

🔨 Bulldog Roofing

Bulldog Roofing is a solid Longmont roofing contractor with a strong reputation for shingle work and insurance claim handling. Roofing only. If hail hit your roof and your siding on the same day — and it almost always does — you need two companies. Bulldog can’t handle your siding.

Verdict: Good roofers. One-trade limitation.

🏙 Formula Roofing

Formula Roofing is Denver-based and services Longmont. GAF Master Elite certified. Good warranty record. But they’re not local — they drive from Denver to your job site. And like the others, they only do roofing. No siding, no basements, no kitchens, no additions.

Verdict: Denver-based. Roofing only. Not a local neighbor.
