What to Expect
Our Process: Four Steps.
Zero Surprises.
The three things homeowners fear most about hiring a contractor are blown budgets, blown timelines, and being left in the dark. Here is exactly how we run every project so none of those happen to you.
Discover
Free Inspection & Consultation
Josh comes out, walks the property with you, and documents everything with photos — roof, siding, gutters, windows, interior if needed. You tell him what you want to accomplish and what budget range you’re working with. No pressure, no hard sell, no cost.
✓ What this kills: the fear of getting talked into something on your own doorstep.
Plan
Scope, Materials & Insurance Documentation
You get a written scope of work with real material selections — shingle lines, siding products, window brands — not vague allowances. If it’s a hail or storm claim: Josh prepares the full damage report before your adjuster ever shows up, meets the adjuster on site, and makes sure the claim covers what was actually damaged — not just what’s easy to see from the driveway.
✓ What this kills: the fear that the insurance company — or the contractor — is deciding things without you.
Lock It In
Written Fixed-Price Agreement
Before a single shingle comes off, you sign a written agreement with the full price on it. That’s the number. If hidden damage turns up once we open things up, work stops and nothing extra happens without your written approval first.
✓ What this kills: the #1 fear in construction — the surprise bill.
Build
Construction, Final Walkthrough & Warranty
Permits handled. Josh on site supervising — the same person who inspected your home and signed your agreement. When the work is done, you and Josh walk the finished job together before final payment, and the work is backed by our workmanship warranty.
✓ What this kills: the fear of the contractor who disappears when the check clears. We’re local. You know where to find us.

Common Questions About Our Process
Does the inspection really cost nothing?
Yes. Inspections are free with no obligation. You get the findings and photos whether or not you hire us.
Will the price change after we sign?
The signed agreement is the price. The only way it changes is if you request additional work, or if hidden damage is uncovered — and in that case nothing proceeds without your written approval first.
Do you handle the insurance company for hail claims?
Yes. We document the damage, prepare the report, meet your adjuster on site, and handle supplements — so the claim reflects everything that was actually damaged.
Who supervises the work?
Josh Brooks personally. You work with the owner from the first inspection through the final walkthrough — not a rotating cast of project managers.
