Hi! I’m Josh brooks construction and renovation llc. I have spent 28 years in the construction industry. I spent 10 years as a new construction, and commercial plumber. I have been professionally trained and hold hundreds of short cuts for speed of installation. Also, I spent 10 years in general carpentry. While I was being trained, it was the carpenters job to build the stairs, install the doors,entry doors, Interior doors, do the framing work,install the windows, and install the siding as well. I also spent 5 years as a roofer learning my family legacy in roofing under the supervision of my uncle Russell brooks, who learned from my father, Raymond brooks,and Randal brooks, whom all were put to work by my grandfather, Robert brooks. Only 1 has survived today. As for the framing and siding and windows and doors instalation, I have to give credit to my step father, mitch Mercer for all the years of his patience with my knucklehead behavior. At this point, I have accomplished several things, licenses all over Colorado and Iowa. Now, I am learning the whole computer thing that all of us old school guys absolutely do not like to do!!!
