A roofing warranty is only as good as the contractor who installs your roof. At Josh Brooks Construction and Renovation Inc., we install manufacturer-backed roofing systems in Longmont, CO and stand behind every job with our own workmanship guarantee.
Types of Roofing Warranties Available in Longmont
- Manufacturer material warranty: Covers defective shingles — typically 30–50 years for architectural shingles
- Manufacturer system warranty: Enhanced coverage when using a full manufacturer system (felt, starter, hip & ridge)
- Contractor workmanship warranty: Covers installation errors — this is where Josh Brooks stands apart
What Voids a Roofing Warranty
- Installation by an unlicensed contractor
- Improper ventilation (the #1 warranty voider)
- Installing over more than one existing layer
- Unauthorized modifications after installation
