Basement Finishing Process
Free In-Home Estimate
We walk your basement, measure the space, discuss your vision, and provide a written estimate within 48 hours.
Design & Permit (Weeks 1-2)
We finalize the layout, select finishes, and pull the Boulder County building permit.
Rough Work: Framing, Plumbing, Electrical (Weeks 2-5)
Framing goes up, rough plumbing and electrical run, egress windows cut. Rough-in inspections completed.
Insulation, Drywall & Texture (Weeks 5-8)
Spray foam or batt insulation, drywall hang and finish, texture to match your home.
Finishes: Tile, Flooring, Cabinets, Paint (Weeks 8-12)
Bathroom tile, LVP or carpet flooring, cabinetry, trim, and paint. Everything comes together in this phase.
Final Inspection & Walkthrough
Boulder County final inspection. Punch list complete. You walk the finished space with Josh for final approval.
