The reputation of Brooks and Sons Construction was built by my grandfather, Robert Brooks. Robert was a veteran and master roofer who founded the company on the values of grit and technical precision. Alongside him were his sons—my father, Raymond Brooks, and my uncles, Rocky Brooks and Russel Brooks. While all four of these master tradesmen have since passed away, the “work-horse” ethic they established remains the heartbeat of my company today.
As a seventh-generation roofer, I carry the collective knowledge of my father and uncles. My father, Raymond, eventually took his construction expertise into the corporate world as a CEO for Warner Bros. Cable TV, overseeing massive construction and installation projects. Today, I combine the hands-on mastery I learned on the roof from Rocky and Russel with the high-level project management precision my father utilized at Warner Bros.
